Welcome to O-Me-O-My Travel. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully before booking your travel arrangements.

1. Our Services

O-Me-O-My Travel provides luxury travel planning, including but not limited to:

• Customized itinerary planning

• Luxury hotel, villa, and resort bookings

• Private transportation and experiences

• Dining and activity recommendations

• Exclusive travel perks through our industry partnerships

We work with trusted third-party suppliers to book and arrange travel components. Your contractual agreements for hotels, flights, and other services are directly with the respective providers.

2. Planning Fees & Payment Terms

O-Me-O-My Travel charges a non-refundable planning fee based on the level of service required. This fee will be disclosed and agreed upon before travel planning begins.

Full payment for flights, hotels, and experiences is subject to the terms and conditions of each supplier. Payment deadlines will be communicated at the time of booking.

Any changes or modifications to an itinerary after confirmation may be subject to additional fees.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by hotel, airline, and service provider. We will communicate these policies before booking, and travelers are responsible for understanding cancellation deadlines.

O-Me-O-My Travel’s planning fees are non-refundable, even in the event of trip cancellation.

If a cancellation results in a refund from a supplier, it will be processed according to their terms. O-Me-O-My Travel is not responsible for refund delays from third-party vendors.

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations, medical emergencies, and travel disruptions. O-Me-O-My Travel is not responsible for losses due to trip cancellations, delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Travel Documents & Requirements

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any necessary travel documentation for their destination(s).

O-Me-O-My Travel will provide guidance on travel requirements, but it is the traveler’s responsibility to confirm and meet all entry regulations, including vaccinations or testing if applicable.

6. Liability Disclaimer

O-Me-O-My Travel acts as an independent travel advisor and works with third-party providers (hotels, airlines, tour operators, etc.). We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, force majeure events, or dissatisfaction with services provided by these vendors.

Travelers assume all risks associated with their trip, including health and safety risks at their destination.

7. Changes & Modifications

O-Me-O-My Travel reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

8. Affiliate Disclosure

O-Me-O-My Travel is an independent affiliate of Fora Travel, a registered seller of travel. As an affiliate, we have access to Fora Travel’s industry partnerships, exclusive hotel benefits, and preferred partner programs, allowing us to provide added value and VIP perks for our clients. While we work independently to curate your travel experience, all bookings are processed through Fora Travel’s trusted network of suppliers.
